Whether you’re a fan of New Year’s resolutions or not, we’ve decided to come up with a list of 3 things you must do in 2013. You have to add them to your bucket list today. We believe in all the classic inspirational travel quotes, but what we want you to do is to put them into practice.

The fact is, life’s too short, and we don’t want you to reach the end of the year with a feeling that you haven’t really accomplished anything. It’s time to face your fears and to take up a challenge. These are the 3 things you must do in 2013.

With this, the list is endless. From bungee jumping and white water rafting to taking personal training courses and running with the bulls. There are so many ways in which you can get step outside your comfort zone, in comfort.

One of our particular favourites, which would be a fantastic achievement, is to climb one of the world’s seven summits.

Whether it’s to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, or to join an exclusive few and reach the impossible heights of Mount Everest. There are plenty of opportunities for you to really test your limits and become an adrenaline junkie in 2013.

Travel to an obscure destination

Another thing you should tick off your bucket list is travelling to an obscure place.

Pick a destination that you never imagined yourself visiting, pack a bag and just go! Whether it’s to be photographed with your favourite Wonder of the World, swimming in Jellyfish Lake, or to celebrate your birthday at the top of the Eiffel Tower, the world is your oyster.

And not only will globetrotting open your eyes and introduce you to new  tastes, but these different experiences will encourage you to grow as a person.

Learn a new skill

Whilst we’re on the subject of ‘broadening horizons,’ in 2013, we think it’s essential that you learn a new skill. It just keeps things interesting, and there’s always the possibility that you’ll absolutely love it.

Think of something you’ve always fancied doing. Maybe you’ve dreamt of flying a plane, becoming a juggling expert, or speaking fluent Portuguese? Whatever the hobby, it will keep your mind active and you never know, you might make a few friends along the way.
