Air New Zealand has done it again. But this time, instead of staring at horrendous looking Orcs, hairy Hobbit feet, flight attendants in the buff, Snoop Dogg or Richard Simmons in leotards, you will be briefed by five of the worlds top models.
As part of the 50th anniversary celebration for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit they combined with Air New Zealand to create a safety video that will get your attention. And best of all, it’s set in the stunning Cook Islands which is one of Air New Zealand’s destinations.
Check out this exclusive behind the scenes video from the shoot in the Cook Islands below:
Air New Zealand Safety in Paradise
Safety in Paradise features five of the most stunning models in the business, including Chrissy Teigen, Ariel Meredith, Hannah Davis and Jessica Gomes. Plus there is a special appearance from Christie Brinkley who is one of the worlds original supermodels and has featured on three consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit covers.
While some safety videos can put you to sleep within minutes, Air New Zealand is a powerhouse when it comes to creating innovative safety videos. Their iconic take on safety videos includes the Hobbit inspired ‘An Unexpected Briefing’ and ‘Safety Old School Style’ with the sweetheart of American comedy, Betty White.
The Air New Zealand Safety in Paradise video is going to be released tomorrow on 12th February kickstart the worldwide celebrations of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s 50th anniversary.
You can find out more about the new safety video from the Air New Zealand and Star Alliance websites, or follow them on their Facebook page and Twitter account.
